Piper betle L. leaves have traditionally been used to treat various infectious diseases and possess a wide spectrum of pharmacological effects. This study aimed determine the antibacterial activity leaf extract against antibiotic resistant Salmonella spp. isolated from pig farms located in Southern Thailand.
